New Orleans made the move to draft former Wisconsin Badgers linebacker Zack Baun, who some had believed could be taken as high as the first round, at #74 overall in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Baun's strength as an NFL prospect comes in his versatility, according to most profiles. (You can read ours here). Baun can play inside, outside, pass rush, or cover, and that endeared him to some teams that value a player that can play anywhere.
Baun joins former Badgers tackle Ryan Ramczyk in New Orleans, and is the second Badgers player selected in this year's Draft behind Jonathan Taylor, who went #41 to Indianapolis.
