Wisconsin finds a way, defeats Minnesota 71-69

It wasn't the prettiest of victories, but the Wisconsin Badgers have now won six in a row after battling the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Sunday, hanging on to a 71-69 win to keep them one game back of first place in the Big Ten standings.

Despite shooting under 40% from the filed, losing the rebounding battle 41-33, and only hitting 33% of its three-point shots, Wisconsin was able to come back to win in the final moments.

Four Badgers scored in double figures, led by Brad Davison's 20 points. Brevin Pritzl had 15 points, while Aleem Ford and Micah Potter each added 10. Wisconsin also only had five turnovers in the game.

Minnesota's Daniel Oturu had the game high with 26 points.

The red-hot Badgers host Northwestern on Wednesday before closing out the regular season on Saturday at Indiana. With two games to play, the Badgers are one game out of the top spot in the Big Ten, locked in a three-way tie for second, and only a game up on Penn State and Iowa.
