The road struggles continue for Wisconsin's men's basketball program.
Wisconsin's 12-point lead evaporated over the final 7:12, as Iowa closed out the game on a 23-5 run to send the Badgers to a road defeat Monday night, 68-62.
In addition to the loss, Wisconsin was without Kobe King, who didn't make the trip to Iowa City, and lost Micah Potter to injury late in the second half.
D'Mitrik Trice led the way for Wisconsin with 16 points, nine rebounds, and six assists.
Neither team shot better than Wisconsin's 37.5% from the floor, but Iowa made 25 of 32 free throws to just six of 11 for Wisconsin.
Wisconsin falls to 12-9 and will face Michigan State Saturday at the Kohl Center. The Spartans beat the Badgers 67-55 less than two weeks ago.
