Wisconsin Badgers running back Jonathan Taylor earned Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week honors for his 203-yard, two-touchdown effort in Wisconsin's 35-14 thrashing of the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday.
Taylor leads the nation in touchdowns from scrimmage with 10, getting four in each of the first two weeks of the season and two against Michigan. The junior became the first Badgers back to rush for 200 yards against Michigan in school history, his ninth such game in his career.
Taylor had 143 yards and both touchdowns in the first quarter alone. He's made it to 100 yards 25 times in his career, trailing only Ron Dayne (33) and Montee Ball (26) for 100-yard career games in Wisconsin history.
