Wisconsin jumped out to a 28-0 halftime lead and went on to a 35-14 victory over the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium. The Badgers improved to 3-0 on the year and 1-0 in the Big Ten.
Jonathan Taylor scored two touchdowns and had 143 yards rushing in the first quarter alone, and Jack Coan scored two second quarter touchdowns to push the Badgers to a big halftime margin. John Chenal added a rushing touchdown in the third quarter for Wisconsin.
Defensively, the Badgers forced four turnovers, and allowed their first points of the season in the third quarter, ending a shutout streak that spanned into their bowl game last year.
