Jack Coan threw for a school-record 276 yards in the first half and 363 total yards along with three touchdowns in a 61-0 rout by the Wisconsin Badgers over Central Michigan on Saturday at Camp Randall Stadium.
Receiver Quintez Cephus also turned in a career day, with 130 yards receiving and two of the touchdowns.
Jonathan Taylor did his part with four touchdowns, including one receiving, and the defense allowed just 58 yards in the victory.
The Badgers open the season 2-0 and get a bye week before facing Michigan on September 21 at Camp Randall.
