Wisconsin's defense shut down South Florida to the tune of allowing just 157 yards while collecting three turnovers, and Jonathan Taylor scored four touchdowns as the Badgers romped 49-0 on Friday night.
Taylor rushed for 135 yards in the victory, while Matt Henningsen returned a fumble for a touchdown.
Jack Coan went 19-for-26 passing for 199 yards and two touchdowns in the win.
Quintez Cephus made his return to the Badgers with three catches for 39 yards.
The Badgers will take on Central Michigan in their home opener at Camp Randall Stadium a week from Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
