Former Wisconsin Badgers great Joe Thomas is set to be inducted into the 2019 College Football Hall of Fame class, and he spoke about the honor with the Big Ten Network on Monday.
The two-time All-American becomes the 11th Wisconsin player to be inducted. Thomas started 38 games at Wisconsin before going to the NFL, where he played every snap of his NFL career with the Cleveland Browns before suffering an arm injury and retiring the following offseason.
It's widely expected that he'll be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame when he becomes eligible.
