Nick Nelson - Defensive Back
Projected NFL Draft Position: Day 2-3 (Third or fourth round)
Nick Nelson's short tenure with the Wisconsin Badgers was highlighted by his ability to stay with receivers and break up passing lanes. Will an injury in the pre-NFL Draft process force his stock to go down?
Troy Fumagalli - Tight End
Projected NFL Draft Position: Day 3 (Fourth or fifth round)
Wisconsin is a tight end factory, and Troy Fumagalli is regarded well enough to continue the tradition of productive former Badgers in the NFL at the position.
Leon Jacobs - Linebacker
Projected NFL Draft Position: Day 3 (Fourth or fifth round)
Edge rushers are at a premium in the NFL, and Leon Jacobs could fit the mold of a situational pass rusher for whichever team picks him up.
Jack Cichy - Linebacker
Projected NFL Draft Position: Day 3 (Fifth or sixth round)
Wisconsin Badgers linebacker Jack Cichy has a reputation as a playmaker on the field, but how will injuries impact his draft stock this week in the NFL Draft?
Natrell Jamerson - Defensive Back
Projected NFL Draft Position: Day 3 (Sixth or seventh round)
Wisconsin defensive backs have fared well in the NFL, particularly as special teams aces. Natrell Jamerson excelled in special teams during his time with the Badgers.
Austin Ramesh - Fullback
Projected NFL Draft Position: Day 3 (Seventh round) or Undrafted Free Agent
When it comes to fullbacks, the Wisconsin Badgers usually offer up good ones to the NFL. This year, that man is Austin Ramesh, who should prove to be a valuable lead blocker for whichever team considers him in the NFL Draft.
Alec James - Defensive Lineman
Projected NFL Draft Position: Undrafted Free Agent
Alec James could fit in with pretty much any defense in the NFL, and that versatility should serve the Wisconsin Badgers defensive lineman well in looking for a spot in the league.
Conor Sheehy - Defensive Lineman
Projected NFL Draft Position: Undrafted Free Agent
Those scouting Wisconsin Badgers defensive lineman Conor Sheehy will note his toughness and willingness to do whatever his team asks of him.
Garret Dooley - Linebacker
Projected NFL Draft Position: Undrafted Free Agent
One of several Badgers' defensive players heading to the NFL, Garret Dooley was productive as an edge rusher for Wisconsin in 2017.
Other Badgers that could get looks for NFL training camps, but aren't expected to be drafted:
Joe Ferguson- Safety; Rachid Ibrahim - Running Back; Derrick Tindal - Cornerback; Lubern Figaro - Cornerback.
