What Can We Expect From Brandon Woodruff Tonight?

The Brewers will try and extend their season as they take on the Nationals tonight in the nation's capital. Former major league pitcher Paul Wagner joined Mike Heller and Brian Butch to preview the Brewers wild card game. Wags explained why he would love to see Brandon Woodruff pitch longer than two innings, the amount he has pitched in his last two outings, because he has nasty stuff that can hopefully keep the Nationals high powered line up in check. He also was not surprised by the Brewers roster tonight, even with Travis Shaw active. As a left handed batter against a power pitcher like Max Scherzer, Wags feels that provides a great match up for Brewers that can hopefully produce some offense. He is also expecting a productive at bat from Shaw because this might be his only appearance in the playoffs even if the Brewers advance. Take a listen and don't forget to tune in to Heller and Dolphin from 8am-11!
