Despite losing Christian Yelich for the rest of the season with a broken knee cap on Tuesday night, the Brewers extended their winning streak to six with a 7-5 win over the Marlins in Miami on Wednesday. Former Brewer Paul Wagner joined Heller and Dolphin earlier today for his Thursday hit. They asked Paul if he likes the strategy of having Keston Hiura pinch hit before he’s totally ready and his thoughts on how impressive Brent Suter is playing right now. They also ask Paul how players get up for a game when there’s no one in the stands and what the lineup will have to do in the short term to replace Yelich’s production. Finally, they ask Wags which team he expects the Brewers to be battling with for the second wild card down the stretch. Take a listen and don’t forget to tune in to Heller and Dolphin from 8am-11!
