It's not often a Packers player can be compared to Jordy Nelson.
After throwing two touchdowns to Davante Adams in the Green Bay Packers' 28-23 NFC Divisional Round playoff win over the Seattle Seahawks, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers had plenty of praise for his top receiver.
Rodgers, speaking to the media following the game, described the connection between Adams and himself as being similar to that of Packers Hall of Fame receiver Jordy Nelson. On the field, it translates into both players knowing what the other will do.
Adams had the two touchdown grabs, and a key first-down conversion on the Packers' game-clinching drive late in the game.
Rodgers and the Packers will rematch with the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday evening.
