Green Bay's first lead of the game came as time expired, as Mason Crosby's 23-yard field goal pushed the Packers past the Detroit Lions 23-22 on Monday Night Football at Lambeau Field.
In a sloppy, turnover-marred game, Aaron Rodgers and the Packers' offense did just enough to secure the win and improve to 5-1, including a 3-0 sweep of the NFC North.
Jamaal Williams ran for 104 yards on 14 carries, while Rodgers threw for 283 yards and two touchdowns. Allen Lazard stepped up as the leading receiver in the game with six catches for 65 yards and a score, with Williams getting the other receiving touchdown.
The Packers are in first place in the NFC North and will take on the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.
