Back in 2008, Aaron Rodgers took over at quarterback, setting up a much-hyped Monday Night Football opener against the Minnesota Vikings. Rodgers threw for one score and ran for anther as the Packers won 24-19.
Rodgers' final line in the game was 178 yards passing and 35 yards rushing with the two scores. After taking a second-quarter lead, the Packers held on to win Rodgers' first start.
The start marked the first game post-Brett Favre for the Packers, a major chapter in a book full of significant moments of life after Favre for the Packers.
