Facing a solid defense, the Green Bay Packers struggled to get on the board against Baltimore's starters early in a 26-13 loss to the Ravens on Thursday night in the second preseason game of the 2019 season.
Aaron Rodgers, a late scratch due to a back injury, did not play. DeShone Kizer threw for 70 yards on 50% completion percentage, while Tim Boyle completed 12 passes for 107 yards and a touchdown to Darrius Shepard. Manny Wilkins completed a pass for 14 yards, his first preseason completion.
Offensively, the Packers couldn't run the football very well, getting just 31 yards from their leading rusher, Darrin Hall, and rushed as a team for 55 yards overall.
On the flip side of the offensive effort, the defense gave up over 300 yards to Baltimore.
The Packers play in Winnipeg next Thursday against Oakland in their third preseason game.
