ESPN's Rob Demovsky set social media ablaze with a teaser for a story coming Wednesday about Mike McCarthy's departure from the Green Bay Packers, in which McCarthy says his firing was handled poorly. All previous indications had been that the split was more or less amicable.
The quote from Demovsky's post reads that McCarthy believes his firing 'could not have been handled worse,' and that the interview will address other topics, such as his relationship with Aaron Rodgers and addressing Packers president Mark Murphy's claim that the locker room had become complacent.
The interview is set to run Wednesday on ESPN.com.
