On the opening day of free agency, the Green Bay Packers reportedly re-signed tight end Marcedes Lewis to a one-year deal.
Lewis, who was acquired as a free agent prior to last season, played in all 16 games, but caught just three passes for 39 yards as he worked behind another free agent acquisition, Jeremy Graham.
The longtime Jacksonville Jaguar is lauded for his run-blocking ability, but set career lows in each receiving category in 2018.
Lewis will be 34 years old for the upcoming 2019 season.
