Green Bay was officially eliminated from playoff contention as the Chicago Bears won the NFC North with a 24-17 victory on Sunday at Soldier Field.
The Packers rallied to the game at 14-14 in the third quarter after trailing 14-3 at halftime, but Chicago's defense was able to corral the Packers' offense, and even ended Aaron Rodgers' interception-less streak at 402 pass attempts with a fourth-quarter pick.
Green Bay was eliminated from postseason contention following a Week 15 loss to Carolina in 2017, and is now on the outside looking into the playoffs for the second straight year. Even with a win, the Packers faced long odds to earn a postseason berth, especially with the Minnesota Vikings winning on Sunday as well.
