As the Packers' 2018 season stands on the brink, Aaron Rodgers and Mike McCarthy appear to be headed to an offseason split.
Michael Wilbon said that it's 'inevitable' that this will be the offseason that the two will part, as the rumors have persisted for about a year now that the relationship is strained and that this season's lack of success seems to indicate a parting sooner rather than later.
Rodgers signed a big extension in the offseason despite the Packers having multiple remaining years of control over their franchise quarterback, so it would seem that Green Bay may have a new head coach in 2019.
