Four missed field goals and a missed extra point, plus three lost fumbles, doomed the Packers in Detroit despite nearly doubling the yardage total of the Lions in Green Bay's 31-23 loss on Sunday.
Mason Crosby went 1-for-5 from field goal range and missed an extra point, costing the Packers 13 potential points in an eight-point loss.
Aaron Rodgers was sacked four times, losing two fumbles, but still threw for 442 yards and three touchdowns and ran for an additional 10 yards in the loss. The Packers were down 24-0 at one point before Rodgers began his rally.
Green Bay fell to 2-2-1 with the loss, while Detroit improved to 2-3.
