Mike McCarthy: Packers ready for Vikings with or without Aaron Rodgers

Green Bay will play one of their biggest rivals this weekend when they take on the Minnesota Vikings.

Packers coach Mike McCarthy thought that the team stepped up around Aaron Rodgers after his injury during Green Bay's rally to beat the Chicago Bears in week one. He noted that the second half adjustments all around made a big difference in the outcome of the game.

In the secondary, McCarthy noted the improvement of Kentrell Brice, and also thinks that Kenny Clark has come along nicely as well.

The question everyone wants to have answered is whether or not Aaron Rodgers will play, and McCarthy is hopeful that he can go. However, the team doesn't need to know by Sunday, as McCarthy feels like the team is prepared to go with either Rodgers or DeShone Kizer.
