With a total value of $134 million (and could be as much as $167 million), including $80 million arriving by next March, Aaron Rodgers is poised to sign a contract to be the highest-paid player in the NFL.
The news was broken by one of Rodgers' former receivers, James Jones, on Wednesday. The extension would be for four years and likely keep Rodgers in Green Bay for the rest of his career.
The deal is expected to be signed this weekend.
