Green Bay's first 7th round pick is spent on the front seven defensively, adding California DE James Looney.
Looney's brother, Joe, was a fourth-round pick in 2012 and plays offensive line for the San Francisco 49ers.
Projected to be a pass rush end, Looney played along the defensive line at Cal during his college career, although scouting reports indicate he will have to play outside as a situational pass rusher.
The pick adds depth for the Packers at edge rusher potentially. Green Bay still has two more seventh-round draft choices to make in the 2018 NFL Draft.
