With the first pick of the fourth round, a pick acquired in a draft-day trade with Cleveland in which Green Bay moved from #29 to #33 and picked up this fourth rounder, the Packers took Wisconsin Badgers linebacker Vince Biegel.
Biegel, from the state of Wisconsin, is the fourth straight defensive player taken by the Packers in this year's NFL Draft.
