The 2018 NCAA volleyball season starts August 24th for the Wisconsin Badgers but Wednesday the team learned it was ranked 9th in the preseason AVCA coaches poll. Wisconsin lost to Stanford last season in the regional semi-final and finished the season ranked 12th.
