Baseball Is Going To Drown and No One Is Going To Notice

Dan Patrick reacts to the MLBPA's counter proposal sent to the owners over the weekend that includes a 114 game season that would start at the end of June, deferred salaries if the postseason is cancelled and the ability for all players to opt out of the 2020 season because of concerns over the coronavirus. Dan explains why he thinks that baseball is struggling to get out of its own way and how they have handled the entire situation poorly. Dan goes on to say that baseball should have been the sport that was front and center during the coronavirus but is going to be lost because other sports are making their way back and this could cause long term damage to the sport.
