Now's the Time for Student-Athletes to Unionize

President of Michigan, Dr. Mark Schlissel said “if there is no on-campus instruction then there won’t be intercollegiate athletics, at least for Michigan.” Meanwhile, Jim Harbaugh says everyone he's talked to wants to play even if it's in front of no fans at The Big House. Jonas Knox and Brady Quinn try to predict how this will shake out and while the state of Michigan has been hit particularly hard by the coronavirus, Jonas and Brady believe somehow, someway Michigan football will be played this season.

Brady also wonders if now is the time for student-athletes to unionize since the President of a University is deciding what student-athletes can and cannot do. Health and safety has never been a bigger issue and with student-athletes being able to to benefit from their name, image and likeness starting next year, the leverage has never been more on their side.
