Whatever Grayson Allen did during his pregame routine on Sunday night, it worked and should never be changed. Allen came out and hit his first seven three-pointers and the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Dallas Mavericks 124-115 in Milwaukee.
Allen finished with 22 points in the first half and 25 points for the game. By starting 7-7 from three-point range, he tied the record for most three-pointers made in a half without a miss over the last 25 seasons, according to ESPN Stats and Info.
Sure, Allen was the star of the night from beyond the arc, but Giannis Antetokounmpo wasn't to be outdone. Antetokounmpo added 30 points to lead the Bucks in scoring.
Luka Doncic led the Mavericks with 27 points.
The Bucks are 14-5. They travel to New York to face the Knicks at 6:30pm on Wednesday night.
