Bucks bounce back in Game 2, defeat Magic 111-96 Thursday night

After a surprising setback in the opener of the NBA Playoff series with the Orlando Magic, the Milwaukee Bucks got back on track, evening the series at a game apiece with a 111-96 win Thursday night.

A fast start had the Bucks out in front 25-13 after the first quarter and 64-43 at halftime.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 28 points and pulled down 20 rebounds, while Pat Connaughton added a double-double of his own with 15 points and 11 rebounds off the bench.

Defensively, the Bucks held the Magic to just 34.8% shooting from the floor and 21% from deep, while making 47% of their own shots. However, the offense still failed to find its groove, posting 20 turnovers in the loss, while All-Star Khris Middleton had just two points on the night.

Game 3 of the series is Saturday afternoon in Orlando.
