Marvin Williams to sign with Bucks after buyout: Reports

While the Bucks didn't make a trade deadline move, the team seems as though they'll be adding a piece this week regardless.

Marvin Williams will sign with the Milwaukee Bucks after a buyout with the Charlotte Hornets is completed, according to a report by Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium Sports.

Williams, who will turn 34 in June, is playing in his 15th season in the NBA. The second overall pick by Atlanta in the 2005 NBA Draft, Williams is a career 36% three-point shooter, a number that has climbed closer to 40% in the past six seasons that he's played with the Hornets. In limited playoff action, 42 games mostly earlier in his career, Williams shot 36% from deep.

Before this season, Williams started every game he played with the Hornets. He's played in 41 games this season for Charlotte, with one start.
