Hot 3-point shooting by the Cavaliers kept them within reach of the Bucks on Friday night, but Giannis Antetokounmpo and 51 points from the bench helped Milwaukee win 119-110 for the Bucks' 10th win in a row.
Giannis put up 33 points and 12 rebounds, while George Hill had 18 off the bench to lead the reserve unit in scoring as the Bucks saw a 20-point lead dwindle to a one-possession advantage late before closing out Cleveland for Milwaukee's 14th win in November.
Milwaukee hosts Charlotte on Saturday. The first-place Bucks have a game and a half advantage in the Eastern Conference.
