Jabari Parker could sign offer sheet with Chicago by Sunday

Milwaukee could be letting the Bucks' #2 pick in the 2014 NBA Draft walk away for nothing, as Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that Jabari Parker is close to signing an offer sheet to sign with his hometown Chicago Bulls as soon as Sunday.

From Wojnarowski's article at ESPN:

Parker, a Chicago native, isn't expected to have an offer sheet matched by the Milwaukee Bucks.

Parker won four high school titles in Chicago and then played at Duke before being selected second overall in the 2014 NBA Draft. A pair of ACL injuries have significantly impacted the early part of his career, although he has shown flashes of being able to score at a high level. Prior to his second ACL injury, Parker was averaging over 20 points per game and was a borderline All Star.

As a restricted free agent, the Bucks have the right to match any deal the Bulls make, but Milwaukee seemingly has planned for his departure. Earlier in the offseason, Milwaukee signed former Buck Ersan Ilyasova to a three-year, $21 million deal, and later signed former Nets and Lakers center Brook Lopez.

It's also rumored that the Sacramento Kings are in the mix for Parker's services as well.
