Sterling Brown, who was on the receiving end of a stun gun over a parking violation in January, has filed a civil rights lawsuit against Milwaukee. The video of the incident will be released Tuesday.
According to WISN-Milwaukee, the video could be "embarrassing to the department" in a quote from Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.
The incident occurred on January 26. Brown parked in a handicapped parking spot at a Walgreens.
Former NBA players have rallied around Brown, with former Milwaukee Bucks player Stephen Jackson saying the incident shows "no respect" to Brown.
