Brewers Win 4-3 Over Royals On Joey Wiemer Walk-Off

It was a night that Joey Wiemer will never forget. His first career walk-off RBI occurred on Saturday night, giving the Milwaukee Brewers a 4-3 win over the Kansas City Royals.

After Christian Yelich drove in the first three runs of the night on two home runs over the first eight innings, it was time for others to step up in the bottom of the ninth inning with the game tied at three. Brian Anderson led off the inning with a single. Brice Turang struck out, but Owen Miller doubled. Putting runners at second and third base for Joey Wiemer. He hit a fly ball to centerfield that was caught, but it was deep enough to score Anderson from third base and give the Brewers the 4-3 win.
