Brewers Drop Third Straight Game with 7-1 Loss to Rockies

After not doing so for the first three weeks of the season, the Milwaukee Brewers have lost three games in a row for the second time in the last week. The Brewers fell to the Colorado Rockies 7-1 on Wednesday night to extend their losing streak to three games.

The Rockies took the lead in the fourth inning and never looked back. In the fourth inning, Elias Diaz drove in a run with a single. Later in the inning with two outs and the bases loaded, Alan Trejo hit a bases clearing double to give the Rockies a 4-0 lead.

In the seventh inning, Kris Bryant hit a two-run home run to extend the lead for Colorado to 6-0. Charlie Blackmon hit a solo home run in the eighth inning for the Rockies to extend the lead to 7-0.

The Brewers scratched a run across in the ninth inning, but that was it. The Rockies won 7-1. If you missed the postgame show, find the full show below.

The Brewers are 18-12. They will try to stop the losing streak on Thursday in the series finale in Colorado. The game starts at 2:10pm. After the game, Tim Allen will host the Baseball Postgame Show on 97.3 The Game in Milwaukee.
