Cleveland takes down Brewers 4-1 Sunday

Milwaukee couldn't overcome an early deficit and fell to Cleveland 4-1 on Sunday, dropping two of three games in the series.

Cleveland's Shane Bieber struck out 10 in five innings, including a crucial fifth-inning stretch in which the bases were loaded, but Bieber was able to strike out both Keston Hiura and Christan Yelich.

Brett Anderson started the contest, giving up six hits and four runs in five-plus innings of work before giving way to the bullpen in the sixth inning.

Milwaukee did most of its damage in the fifth inning, but only managed seven hits in the contest.

Next up, the Brewers get a day off before taking on the Tigers in Detroit for two games mid-week.
