After getting back to .500 earlier in the week, the Brewers have now fallen three games below the mark near the end of their 10-game road trip.
Milwaukee's third loss in a row came Saturday at Pittsburgh, where the Pirates put up a dozen runs and hammered the Brewers' pitching.
Pittsburgh led 7-1 going into the seventh inning, where the Brewers got within three runs in the top half of the inning. The Brewers' bullpen then promptly gave up five runs to push the game out of reach in the bottom half of the inning.
Milwaukee wraps up its three-game series with Pittsburgh on Sunday.
