Christian Yelich hit a three-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to lift the Milwaukee Brewers past the Chicago Cubs 4-3 on Friday night at Wrigley Field.
The blast was the fifth of the season for Yelich, which pulled the Brewers back in front for good in the victory.
Milwaukee improved to 8-10 on the season, trailing the Cubs, 13-4, in the NL Central by 5.5 games with two games to play in the series. Saturday's game was moved to an afternoon start time due to expected inclement weather in the Chicago area.
