In Milwaukee's first home win of the season, the Brewers put up six runs in the sixth inning and cruised to a 9-3 win over the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday afternoon at Miller Park.
Keston Hiura, Christian Yelich, and Justin Smoak combined for eight hits, seven RBI, and five runs as the offense came up big down the stretch.
Brandon Woodruff went four innings with five strikeouts before giving way to the bullpen.
With the win, the Brewers salvaged a game in the series after dropping the first two contests to the Reds. Milwaukee had begun the year with four straight losses at home before picking up the win Sunday to snap the streak.
Milwaukee takes on the Minnesota Twins for the next three nights at Miller Park. The Brewers are 6-7, four games back of the Chicago Cubs in the NL Central, who they will face this weekend at Wrigley Field.
