On Monday, the Milwaukee Brewers announced their initial roster for the opening of Summer Camp later this week.
45 total players comprise the roster, including nine non-roster invitees.
Of the six outfielders invited, just one - former Brewer Keon Broxton - is a non-roster invitee. Two infielders of the dozen headed to Summer Camp are similarly non-roster invitees: first baseman Logan Morrison and utility player Jace Peterson.
In addition to four catchers, the Brewers will welcome 23 pitchers to Summer Camp. Five of the pitchers are left-handed. Six are non-roster invitees.

There will be amended roster rules for the 2020 season.
