Orlando Arcia's two-run home run in the top of the 13th inning, his second two-run homer of the day, gave the Milwaukee Brewers a 12-10 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Saturday evening.
The Brewers had scored two in the top of the ninth to send it to extra innings tied at 10, and also had scored three runs in the top of the sixth to take an 8-7 lead in the contest.
Early on, Brandon Woodruff got roughed up, giving up 10 hits and six earned runs to the Pirates in just four innings of work. Five relief pitchers went nine innings for the Brewers, allowing eight more hits and four more earned runs.
Milwaukee has now taken two of three so far in the four-game series, which wraps up in Pittsburgh Sunday afternoon.
