On Wednesday morning, the Milwaukee Brewers made several injury-related roster moves.
Tuesday night's starting pitcher, Wade Miley, suffered an injury in the first inning against Cleveland, so he's off to the 10-day DL with an oblique strain.
Utility player Nick Franklin, who the Brewers had called up on Tuesday, suffered a leg injury, so he'll be on the 10-day DL as well.
To replace Franklin, the Brewers recalled Tyler Saladino from the minor leagues.
As for Miley's roster spot, All-Star closer Corey Knebel was reinstated from the disabled list and will be in the bullpen Wednesday afternoon when Milwaukee battles Cleveland at Miller Park. Knebel had missed time with a hamstring injury.
