While the Opening Day starters have been known for some time, on Saturday the Milwaukee Brewers set their starting rotation for the upcoming season.
Chase Anderson will start Opening Day against the San Diego Padres on March 29, followed by Jhoulys Chacin and Brent Suter. In Milwaukee's home opener against St. Louis on April 2, Zach Davies will get his turn.
Milwaukee will not need a fifth starter until the ninth game of the season, so the team still has time to decide on if they will utilize a fifth starter, or use their bullpen as they did down the stretch of the 2017 season.
