Blake Shelton And Gwen Stefani Buy First Home Together For $13 Million

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have officially bought their first home together.

According to Variety, the couple purchased a massive 13,000-square-foot mansion for $13.2 million in an exclusive area of Encino, California. The house was reportedly built on spec and never offered for public sale, but photos from the developer, Evan Gaskin of Gaskin Design & Development can be seen here.

The photos show a large white home with black trim and windows. The property also includes a number of amenities including a four-car garage, a state-of-the-art movie theater and a large outdoor pool and spa. The pool sits next to a cabana featuring a wet bar and outdoor kitchen.

The spacious property sits on 1.6 acres of some of the most private land in the area. On top of the gates that block the home from public view, the house is also surrounded by large retaining walls for additional privacy.

Stefani previously owned another mansion in California, which she listed for $35 million in 2017 after her divorce from Gavin Rossdale. Although Stefani and Shelton reportedly bought a home together before, Variety says that according to property records, the sale only recently went through and this is actually their first home as a couple.

Most recently the couple has been quarantined together in Oklahoma on Shelton's ranch. During this time, they've made several TV appearances to promote their current No. 1 hit, "Nobody But You."

"Nobody But You," from Shelton's Fully Loaded: God's Country album, was released in December 2019. "This was one of those songs where the more I heard it, the more I fell in love with it," Shelton previously said, adding, "It fits my story. I was about to go in and record when I decided that it needed Gwen on it- because it is our song. I think it's magic."
