Edgewood had their first shutout win in nearly six years last week, and first-year Crusaders coach Jesse Norris also scored his first victory as head coach of the program as Edgewood beat Sauk Prairie 21-0 in Week 2. Now, a difficult part of the schedule begins, with Stoughton and Monona Grove next.
Edgewood's last shutout win was in September of 2012, when the Crusaders blanked Oregon 33-0.
Norris discusses his returning all-conference quarterback, Thomas Hartlieb, as well as the culture of the program and the improvements he's seen since taking over for Hall of Fame head coach Al Minnaert this past offseason.
