Former Middleton standout Kayden Lyles was tasked with moving from the offensive line to the defensive line this offseason, a process he's adjusting to well.
Lyles leans on Olive Sagapolu for advice on playing nose tackle, and also says he has to work hard not to listen to the Badgers' offensive line calls in camp because it won't help him in the regular season. He also says his skills from playing offensive line will benefit him on the other side of the ball, in terms of technique.
In terms of the defense, Lyles is excited to be a part of the group, and looks forward to helping out wherever he can in 2018.
