Steve Stricker finishes Round 3 T-37 at the RBC Canadian Open

Steve Stricker is tied for 37th at the RBC Canadian Open, only five shots out of fifth place but well back of the four leaders who are at 17-under for the event.

Stricker's 8-under is only five strokes back of Rory Sabbatini and Hudson Swafford, who are each at 13-under after three rounds of play. However, four golfers are at 17-under: Kevin Tway, Byeong Hun An, Whee Kim, and Dustin Johnson. Johnson, the FedEx Cup leader, shot a seven-under 65 to vault into a tie for the lead on Saturday.

The same event saw top-20 golfers such as Brooks Koepka and Bubba Watson miss the cut.

Round four is Sunday.
