Lakeshore and Madison entered the night tied for the final South Division wild card spot, and Lakeshore came out on top.

Kenosha 13, Kalamazoo 11
The Kenosha Kingfish hung seven runs in the eighth to pull away and defeat the Kalamazoo Growlers 13-11. Tim Millard (Dallas Baptist) got things going with an RBI double and he scored on an RBI single. Derek Bangert (Bradley) ended the inning hitting a two-run double to give the Kingfish the eventual final score.

Lakeshore 8, Madison 4
The Lakeshore Chinooks scored three insurance runs late as they went onto defeat the Madison Mallards 8-4. Both teams traded a pair of runs in the opening inning as Rylan Thomas (Central Florida) hit a two-run shot for the Chinooks while Cole Daily (Notre Dame) went yard and Doran Turchin (Illinois) scored on a single for Madison. The Chinooks took the lead in the second when Jacob Richardson (Southern Arkansas) led off the second with a home run. Lakeshore then added another in the third and one more in the sixth. Madison answered to come within one it in the bottom half when Turchin went yard. The Chinooks then added three insurance runs in the eighth when they got one from an error and two from back-to-back RBI singles which would go on to be the final score.

St. Cloud 5, Eau Claire 4
The St. Cloud Rox defeated the Eau Claire Express 5-4 in walk-off fashion. With one out in the bottom of the ninth and a runner on second, Drew Avans (SE Louisiana) singled to drive in the game winning run.
